This would be handy if your ISP provider becomes temporarily unavailble (especialy for those with Fast4 service???). And you don't have to stick with your own PC as the Pass is "portable" (you can use it to access internet from any PC having a dialup modem)

Quite simple, just fill in the form, no debit/credit card information required.

Thanks for that and I`m not knocking you but MIP has had a lot of problems in the past, well discussed on these boards.
They were and probably still are pretty unreliable.
People have bought their card and have been unable to connect and unable to CONTACT MIP.
I hope anyone that receives this 30 minute free card actually gets it, but somehow I have my doubts.
I won`t be applying and I do hope I`m proved wrong.
Thanks again0 -
thanks for this, could come in handy as I've just cancelled my broadband for the end of this month!0

Thank you, very handy for times your stuck at somewhere like Grandma's house with your laptop!
Good idea if your looking at a large website would be to add it to your favourites and then if you right click it in your favourites list and choose make availiable offline it will save the info to your hard drive and you can view the website as if you were online whenever you want! - obviously it won't be updated though
so simlpy open the website once, save it and disconnect saving valuable minutes0 -

Thanks alared for your very considerate warning.
I don't rely too much on completely freebies, but would say it's no harm to try. If it comes, it comes. If it doesn't, then I will not be more upset than those seeking for Tesco clothing 25 quids vouchers, or for energy saving bulbs that, as someone here said, never arrived0 -
