really need help re Payplan DMP

Hi all, i have a dmp though payplan for 3 months. Im having a lot of problems with them & im hoping its just because its early days. basically due to an error on their system the finacial statements have only last week been sent to our creditors with a reduced payment even though we paid payplan in February no creditor received a payment so there is £319 that payplan have that hasnt gone to debt. I have just looked on Just a bank and something is really worrying me. We pay them £319 a month and according to my payment history £274.00 was sent in march. i have had a detailed look and they have offered all the creditors less than what i agreed with them. For example my First direct loan we agreed to get £88.81 & payplan have sent them £76.06. My MBNA CC were agreed to get £37.08 they have been sent £31.62 and MBNA have today rejcted the offer. I will phone them tomorrow but i will sit and worry all night if i dont post. Any idea why this is? thanks Tash

Unfortunately i can't help in your specific situation but i've been with PayPlan for about 20 months now and whilst they are sometimes a bit slow to come back to me i've found them pretty good all round so far. The only issue i have had so far was when then change the amount between two payments to the same organisation so one month one CC got 1p less then it was expecting and it nearly caused the CC company to stop the payment plan agreement till i got them to resend with the lower figure.2010 Holiday Money fund £2 Coin Jar = £62 :j

Hi
We have been with Payplan for over 2 years now, and like Wow we havn't had any problems with them, except for the same thing, they paid one of our creditors 1p less than we had been paying for over 22 months. It would seem strange that you are paying them £319 per month but your payment history is showing less. If I were you I would email your query to them this evening, and then follow it up with a phone call tomorrow. You definitely need some answers.

thank you, i have emailed them. Whats really upset me is that MBNA said they would accept the lowered payments if it was £8 more & payplan have paid them £7 short would they have accepted if they received the right amount

I feel like nothings going right with the DMP at the moment due to all the problems & i just want to not worry so much x"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit, but Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad."0 -
