Which ones exactly?NHS Stressline callers will receive information and help from trained health advisers. If suffering from stress, anxiety or depression, they will be directed to a wider package of financial and mental health support services
If it is the ones in the "debt problems" article, then fine. However, these public bodies sometimes have some 'funny' ideas about where to send people. :rolleyes:Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I hope it does help some people but it strikes me as similar to a plaster over a broken arm, ie.not really dealing with the problem. We have a credit-based society, debt as seen as fine (until you can't pay) & the Government can't rein the banks in yet bail them them out. Hardly sets the right example, IMO

Putting money into established organisations like Citizens Advice Bureaus who offer free practical debt advice would have been money better spent rather than a listening ear! CAB debt advisers support clients as well as help sort out peoples debt and reducing their stress levelsat the same time! More money for charities like CAB please they know what they are doing0
