I thought you meant if it was a British car over 8 years old they would count it as scrappage, which would be a good gamble since not many rovers would make 8 years old

Hi, there is a company that can supply you a car and the credit (subject to status), they do deal with the likes of people like me and you. They are called credit plus (find them via google search). They are based im Manchester but will deliver anywhere in the UK.
They might however require a 10% deposit.
