My friend has been injured in an accident at work. She believes that she may have a case against her employer, the injury is long lasting and she wishes to take some advice.
Does anyone know of a "rottweiler" personal injury specialist that does free consulations in Central London?

your friend can hire a worker compensation lawyer to get the claim she deserves.0

Sometimes it can be done via the union.0

The problem with the personal injury lawyers is that generally they take a big chunk of your settlement too. caveat emptor and all that.0

National accident helpline are just a directory for solicitors and have no legal knowledge. as far as i am aware from my own dealings with them, they will just do a postcode search on the nearest solicitors, which means if your area is full of backstreets, your likley to be given a solicitor on one of those. they charge solicitors to be on there database and do not vet them in terms of suitablilty to your case/type of injury, they only box they need ticking on solicitors that apply to be on there books is cash in one hand and a certificate to practice law in the other.
Try injurylawers4u instead, i have heard much better things about these guys.
hope this helps :money:0 -

this is incorrect, most personal injury sols will take the case on as a no win no fee basis. if the claimant has won their case then the defendant will pay the solicitors costs. if the clmt lost the case, their sols fees will be covered by the legal insurance either through home insurance or any other method0
