Bumping this post as Sainsburys are now stocking this and it is currently half price...although was £1.40......but just had to post and i have just made a sandwich, it didn't crumble and melt on the tongue......and have to say it almost perfect...just not doorstep thick like i would have had, before i started my wheat free diet. There is a new bread that it amazing. Gluten free and available in Tesco. It is called Genius and tastes like the old nimble bread. I think it is a revolution in the bread department and would whole-heartedly recommend it to all. It is also available in both brown and white. Some Tescos have it with their bread section and others have it in the free from section.
Missing bread so much but had IBS for 20+ yrs and always suspected a wheat intollerance but never tried to cut it out and since i have it has made such a difference that i so regret not doing it before.....could kick myself, feels great not to be ruled by having to run to the loo without a minutes warning, feel i have a new lease of life....so a small price to pay for no wheat.Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D0 -
