kerobo claim(please help)

i have been offered by kerobo claim to free my credit card from any debt for a fee of about 400.00 pounds ... does anyone knows them? can anyone advise me of what to do ? are they trustworthy...please help

    Have they actually said how they are going to get your credit card wiped when a court case a week or two ago (that was seen as a test case) found in favour of the lender?

    This company are known to cold call and talk rubbish to get you to pay an upfront amount. Plenty of threads on them saying that.

    no they are not free its simply a link that you fill out and they pass yoru details onto Karobo:mad::mad::mad::mad:

    So dont waste your time filling it out as I just did and got a 60 second call back from Karobo who said no we just assess you for free, only they tell everyuone they can help them!

    Having looked at your other posts its simple its a direct link to you who just called me.

    ESP as you just quoted you claimed through money saving expert!!!!!!!!!!

  • Ive check and there's no connection between kerobo and clear unfair credit.Kerobo charge and the other company is free
  • I can any tell me what section of the credit agreement act tell how to have the same credit card re claim the money that Kerobo took.

    You didnt use the credit card to pay them that you were trying to claim unenforceable credit on where you? It's been suggested by others posting here that doing that could be considered fraud. That may hamper an attempt for refund under the consumer credit act.

    If you didnt, then you dont need to know the act. You just put a claim in with the credit card for failure to provide services as they have gone into administration.
