Have a look at the Discount Codes and Vouchers board HERE

The majority of Tesco and Asda stores will accept vouchers for products that you haven't bought but there are often restrictions and variations in policy.

Well, I would 'search chat forum' above for 'coupons' (then 'coupon')then 'voucher' (then 'vouchers') you will get different results because this site only searches exactly for your keyword...

You can then scan the results for mentions of Tesco, Asda or Waitrose. There are loads of recent discussions on this subject.

Then start checking out the daily Newspaper coupon summary on the Discount Codes & Vouchers thread shown above, every day! When a paper has a voucher worth over £1 or so (i.e. more than the cost of the paper) then go and buy a couple of copies and try out the coupons at your local store! If they accept them, buy a few more copies before the end of the day. It's free money if your local T, A or W plays ball!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
