hi i have also fell for the 99.99 arangement fee set up by BARON LNSKEY for a loan,of wich the telephone conversation went,u will be charged the fee only and when u agree to take out the loan.this fee is fully refundable should you opt not to go ahead with the loan.martin please can u help me reclaim this loss many thx.

i feel i can claim the fee back as i never received anything ie a call from one of their lenders or any type of paperwork.they say u only pay once the loan is taken out0

I've fallen for this scam and have been fleeced for £99.99 TWICE. I to was lied to on the phone and will be demanding my money back imediately. If they refuse, then I will be using the small claims court. Their Phone Number is 0161 238 4969 - this - and their address is from YELL.com:mad:0

Need everyone to message me crime ref numbers if they have already cointacted the police or a simple name and number the officer on the case can get you on!
Please if we all get together we can at least give these people what they deserve!

I too had money taken from these guys in November/December time. No luck in contacting them, the bank seem hopefull I will get my money back, if not from them, from the bank themselves. I should know by Monday what's happening as the bank have to give B.L 30 days to provide a proof of purchase ! No crime number im afraid.

How can I contact you please - I had £100 taken last November - the bank did contact me but because I had willingly given my details were not able to do anything.
They were so plausible - would like my money back though .0
