We have just had a Bond mature and although they had all the information they needed to transfer the money out on redemption which was switched to an INSTANT ACCESS account they refused access for 14 days paying only 0.1 percent costing us £40 in lost interest. I complained but got a snotty letter back saying they have done nothing wrong. I now see where tjhey get such a poor rating from. Leave them alone, they are not sound and they are not honest!
