Got mine from Sainsburys. They are only 4.5ml not full size

Now says Sainsburys and Morrisons, other retailers coming soon. The price at Sainsburys seems to be around £1.30 a pack, so still a good deal with the freebie attached.
DD got these dates from their website last week (it's not on there now though)

Thanks OP. Just been to Sainsburys and got 1 of each colour.
The downside though is now I have got that annoying "Bodyform for yooooouuuuuuuuuu" advertisement song stuck in my head. LolAims for 2014
Drink a glass of water a day, Empty handbag at least once a week, Continue "not putting things off" and tackle things head on, Treasure people around me, Stay healthy and well away from hospitals, Continue to declutter/decorate house slowly and not get stressed because I can't do everything at once.
