walkers crisps - tesco - possible glitch

It came off my bill when they were delivered.
My mate has just tried it in Stevenage and he went to the customer services and they gave him double the difference after he complained, so he actually got 18 for 62p.
Also if they do not come off your bill just call Cust services on 0800 50 55 55, they never argue, just refund you the money (no double the difference on line as far as I know)
You can also take a copy of the screen shot if bothered as its clearly on Tesco's website and says offer runs until 6th Oct 2009.

I went to the redditch store today, the 3 for 2 offer isn't on there, but I bought 3 packs of 6 for 62p each so thats not bad

In my local a pct of Walkers x 6 is half price @ 62p.If winter comes, can spring be far behind?

ok had my online order toady.
ordered my 6 pack of crisps in multiples of 3 and as expected they came at 62p each, half price promotion.
phoned cs and refund given on buy 2 get 1 free promotion.
so paid 7p per individual pack.0
