Problems with Furniture deal Co Uk

Have had the same problem myself have ordered dinning table and chairs 27 June and still not delivered. As regards to not getting through on the phone they have sent me this

I have emailed them today cancelling my order, we will see if we get a reply.
Fortunately I paid by credit card so if they have gone under I can claim back from Barclaycard. Will post again if get a reply from them!

I've had no answer to e-mails to customer sevices. Paid £800 on 10th August for dining furniture.
Their web site is down and phone number unobtainable. I think they may have gone under.

I found a firm using the same VAT and Company Registration number at

Not sure these are connected or not.

Thankfully paid by Visa so should get a refund on 30 Days.

Have had the same experience with this company with new beds I ordered on the 23rd July and no delivery, have paid £500. I only received an email with a bill attached no company name on the invoice, is this sufficent if I need to make claim on my credit card.

Have spoken to them and they always inform me that the they are on order and will be dispatched as soon as they arrive but have now gone silent.
