I don't think it's nappy cream, it's an intense moisturiser & alternative to soap. Also, if you put some in the bath, it softens the water & moisturises your skin. Definitely worth getting.

I got a letter from them today saying that they don't have the samples yet but will send them out later... What's the point in advertising the samples if they don't have them
