2. This prize draw will close at midnight on Sunday 31st January 2010.
3. Only one entry per person throughout the duration of this promotion.
4. Incorrectly completed or duplicate entries will not be processed and will not be entered into the prize draw.
5. The winner will be given the choice of vouchers up to the value of £5,000 from the following retailers (subject to availability):

   • Marks & Spencer
   • Debenhams
6. The above prize can be substituted for £5,000 cash should the winner not wish to receive vouchers
7. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries under independent supervision and notified by email within 28 days of the closing date.
8. Sara Lee reserves the right to substitute the prizes or any portion thereof for one of equal or greater value for any reason at their sole discretion.
9. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 28 days the promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.
