Help with Defaults - in desperate need

  • Thanks George,
I have another default with Littlewoods that I'm still working on but tonight I got notification from my Equifax account that my 2 Next defaults (one for the DCA too) had been removed!!!! My account has been completely removed from my file - really really pleased and it seems too good to be true so still half expecting it to be put back on!! :p
A&L charges WON - Barclaycard charges WON - MBNAx3 charges WON - Halifax charges WON
    Still fighting: Next/Cabot default - Littlewoods/NDR default
  • Well surprise surprise the defaults are back on (both of them for one account!) and I'm rapidly losing patience.
After their letter saying they couldn't enforce and I had 2 choices etc etc. to which I replied, I then get a separate letter from them saying I owe them money and then they start phoning me, I tried to explain that they had written to me saying the debt was unenforceable but they appeared not to know anything about this, it was a very obvious case of the right hand doesn't know what the left hand's doing....
Can someone please help me with this? I'm prepared to take legal action but not sure how to start it.
    Thanks
    pinky

    Hiya

Looks like you've been getting the runaround - nothing new there then!

I'll pick this up for you and get those defaults removed, should be easy enough - pop over to the dedicated thread and i'll post over there for you...
