The free, reusable bag is available to all ING Direct savings customers that currently receive paper statements who opt to go paperless, while stocks last. Either log in to your account and select “Change My Details” or call 0845 845 2888.
If you move to online statements you'll get an email whenever your latest statement is ready to view and you can look back at the last 12 months for your account.
