Max I don't think you're a jobseeker. I don't think you even should be looking for a job. You're an independent thinker who should be carving out opportunities and working for himself. I know its very easy to say and a million times harder to do but I think you have it in you.

I think Max, that nobody at all has any belief in this stupid procedure , apart from the eejit who set it up. The jobseekers know its garbage and so does the jobcentre. Everybody just goes through the motions, ticks boxes, and then goes home. Please try to detach and get through these days xxx Don't let it destroy you. Although I know its hard - been there eh .

Well see now that's the thing. It struck me that in general the group was split into two groups.

Those of us who are doing our best and were getting nothing out of it because we're already doing it, we were only there so they didn't stop our benefits.

And those who I'd guess had no interest in trying to get a job, but again were there because they were forced to be.

So who benefits? Err, no one really. The A Team will carry on looking hard for a job, and the B Team won't no matter what they do.

The whole thing smacked of just going through the motions, for us and for the Job Centre employees.

    Good game.

Getting back on topic (sorry Max, I went off there but don't want your thread to be locked/ moved). I just wanted to say that I'm sorry that you are being run around so much. I'll bang my head against a wall for you because you've used the icon a little too often and you're going to get concussion.

    Thankyou. :)

It sums up my day nicely though. :wall:

Aww that's so sweet, thank you. :)

I'd love to do it too, but I seem to lack the right idea and capital.

I guess I just want a well paid job and to start cracking on with life again, at the moment I feel like I'm just tearing pages out of life's diary and screwing them up and throwing them away...

Don't do that! Keep them ... give it another 3 weeks then head over to the Money Saving Old Style Board and get tips for turning shiny paper into useable lavatory paper :)
