I wanna buy a Steam Mop

If any of you MSE members have bought or used one, I would like to know what one you bought and what you thought of it.
I dont want a bulky shampooer, as I have a few wooden floors/tiled floors, so its only the bedrooms that are carpeted, so I cant really justify buyibng one of those vax shampooers, I havent any where to store it lol.
I have seen these steam mops that can wash wooden/tiled floors, and have attachment for the carpets, they are so light, and wouldnt take up a lot of room.
There are quite a few on the market now, I have seen the TV channel advertising the H2O steam mop, but that is quite expensive, there are other like it on the market for far less money, so really would like your thoughts please.:D

I never even knew they excisted:eek:, guess I'm going to get a new toy too.:D
Don't know if this Brissell one is a good one, but its a nice design and the pads are rewashable. It supposed to have a water filtration system included which according to Brissell means you don't have to us distilled water.
don't know how important that is. 0 -
Something on the Bissell Shop Direct which might suit the bill.

i have this one which I swear by - it's idiot proof, does exactly what it says and I've even shampooed little bits of carpet with it.

I didn't buy it from Lakeland though - got it in Costco and I'm sure it was around £25 plus vat, in fact I think it may be on offer in Costco at the moment.NO FARMS = NO FOOD0 -
Thankyou all for your replies.

Scottishminnie, thats roughly what I mean, the H2O (expensive one) is very much like that, in fact if you go into ebay there are quite a few on offer much cheaper than the H2O, your one comes with a glider too for the carpets, and at the price you paid, bargain.:D
I dont want to get stuck in steaming my carpets as such, but just want to freshen them up, but the main selling point for me, is that it does wooden/tiled floors as well.
Edinburghlass, I dont think your one does carpets, its mainly floors I think, Its just a tad too bulky for me, but thanks all the same.:D
Pretani, very similar to the H2O one, i think H2O was the first one, a bit like the dyson, and others are jumping on the bandwagon, I dont care who makes it, as long as its light to lift, and I can tuck it away lol
I just need to choose which one, but am definately going to get one, might have another look in Ebay, theres loads in there (too many to choose from) lol0
