    That is not what I am about and take great offence to this.

    You seem to have missed out the middle bits and the amicable and friendly manner the question was put.

    Again, I ask you for your considered advice to the question posed.

    I would say visit your existing lender anyhow to see what they can offer because you yould just be changing rates and should not have to prove income

    sounds like good advice to me.... although if you read the thread others disagreed
