Hi there
I am interested in buying a pressure canner so i can presrve all kinds of home cooked meals rather than just jams and chutneys (very OS)
I have e-mailed lakeland to see if there is a possibility of them stocking them.
If there is anyone else interested in buying one i urge you to do the same if we can prove theres a ready demand they will be more likely to stock them and as you pobably know shipping from USA is extortionate.

I have put my request in. The more I am reading about botulism from low acid foods, the more I am surprised that pressure canners aren`t available in the uk0
