Discuss the M&S sale

I am so glad to have seen this thread - I love love love M&S. Although sometimes quality can be a bit hit and miss, for the most part, they have a good wide and decent offering.

Online shopping is generally fantastic - a website that is realtively easy to navigate, particularly considering the breadth of stock they have and customer services tends to be very responsive.

I now prefer online shopping to going instore...if it were not for the online option i doubt I would shop with M&S much these days and yet because of the online service, M&S is my first choice to look and compare and I purchase at M&S 80% of the time.

However, I do not know if I have suffered a series of glitches today or if this is a regular issue, but making changes to orders is a NIGHTMARE. I had two changes I wanted to make - a credit card that has now expired and to remove a couple of items.

Unfortunately, this proved to be impossible unless I called up to have it done for me. Why is this? And surely, if an order has not been picked it would make sense to be able to ammend an order...it is very annoying to have to call up to do these things and the only consolation is that the Customer Services team do seem to be on the ball and helpful.

But for heaven's sake...sort out the ordering system!
