1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Walkers Snacks Limited (the “Promoter”), its affiliated companies, their agents or any persons or companies professionally connected with this promotion.

To enter simply text WIN plus your flavour keyword nomination to 51199, Text votes will be free of charge (one vote per mobile number per day only) thanks to the sponsorship of mobile phone voting by the O2 Wireless network. By voting by text, you consent to receiving a marketing message by return from Walkers and O2. Send the keyword for the Flavour (see below for keywords) you wish to vote for to 51199 between 19th January 2009 and 30th April 2009. Valid Flavour keywords for voting by SMS are “ONION” for Onion Bhaji Flavour, “CHILLI” for Chilli & Chocolate Flavour, “CAJUN” for Cajun Squirrel Flavour, “BREAKFAST” for Builder's Breakfast Flavour, “CRISPY” for Crispy Duck & Hoi Sin Flavour and “FISH” for Fish & Chips Flavour. Bulk entries or entries sent via trade, consumer groups, agents or third parties will not be accepted.

4. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, damaged, defaced, delayed or undelivered. Proof of texting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any telecommunication or electronic fault.
6. The opening date for receipt of entries is 19.01.09 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 30.04.09.

7. There are 3 levels of prizes to be won.

There are 102 daily draws where there is one prize to be won of £100,

there are 15 weekly draws where there is one prize to be won of a £200 red letter day voucher

and 3 monthly draws where there is one prize to be won of a luxury weekend break for 2 adults to a Folio hotel of the winners choice within the UK (Subject to availability). The prize includes 2 nights B&B with £100 dining allowance. The prize is subject to availability at the chosen hotel and excludes bank holiday weekends and must be taken by 31st Dec 2009. Travel to and from the prize location is not included. The Promoter accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the prizes once delivered to the winners.

8. The first daily draw will be held on 20th January 2009 to include all entries received up to 23:59 on 19th January 2009. Subsequent daily draws will take place on each subsequent day, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, which will be drawn on the following Monday from all entries received on that day until 23:59. Final daily draw will take place on 1st May 2009.
9. The first weekly draw will be held on 26th January 2009 to include all entries received up 23:59 on 25th January 2009. Subsequent weekly draws will take place on each subsequent Monday until 5th May 2009 from entries received in each week. Final weekly draw will take place on 5th May 2009. 10. The first monthly draw will be held on 1st March 2009 to include all entries received up to 23:59 on 28th February 2009. Subsequent monthly draws will take place on 1st April 2009 and 5th May 2009 from entries received in each month. Final monthly draw will take place on 5th May 2009. For the avoidance of doubt entrants will only be entered into the weekly and/or monthly draws once regardless of the number of daily draws entered into.
11. The daily and weekly draw prizes will be either transferred electronically via BACS or delivered to the prize winners' designated addresses by no later than 31.05.09. Unless otherwise stated all prizes are delivered by Royal Mail First Class Post. Deliveries can only be made within the UK.
12. Prize winners will be notified by telephone by Corporate Innovations within 14 days of the relevant draw date.
13. The Promoter takes its obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 seriously and all personal information, including mobile phone numbers and contact addresses will only be used for the purpose of this promotion and all such personal information shall be destroyed thereafter.
14. Prize winners may be asked to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the prize draw.
15. Only one entry per person per day. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.
16. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winners, however, if any prize is not claimed by 31.05.09 an alternative winner will be chosen.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
