Mel.Though no-one can go back and make a brand-new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand-new ending.

Mel.
This is NOT a high speed card!
If you read the reviews, one buyer points out that they received a standard speed card and not the high speed one shown in the picture! The product offered is a standard speed Lexar SD card.0 -
Yes, I missed that - but the review is from 2004, so maybe it is now the fast one.

Adata brand from Emartbuy.
Recorded Delivery £2.35 for upto 0.5 Kg.
I ordered Tuesday lunchtime and received them Wednesday morning.
I've tested them with an Ixus and a Panasonic and they work fine allowing high res movies and continuous shooting upto the card capacity. With the Viking cards I had been limited to 9 to 15 secs on the 5Mb Panasonic and to 1.5 to 2 minutes on the 3Mb Ixus.0 -
This morning I received a 1Gb card that I had ordered from the 7 Day Shop on Saturday March 25th. The website said the brand was Viking (and still does) but I actually received one branded Dane-Elec.
This card is faster than the Vikings I have previously bought which appear to be the the standard 12x (2Mb per sec approx). The Dane-Elec card is not as fast as the 50x Adata I bought from Esmartbuy (probably around 33x) but it is fast enough for continuous shooting and VGA movies at 30fps which the Viking can't cope with.
The Dane-Elec, like the Viking, is manufactured by Toshiba and has most of the same markings. One number is different on the reverse - TM8960Q on the Viking and TM8864P on the Dane-Elec.
If I could be sure of getting the higher speed card I would order more from the 7 Day Shop, but Esmartbuy seems a safer bet to guarantee the faster card.0 -
got my mobymemory 150X 1GB (see post above).
seems very fast, no buffereing of video at 640/480@30FPS, which was what i had with the bog standard viking memory..:)
delivery was quick too.
ordered monday, and had a note from the post office saying i had a recorded delviery on wednesday0 -
if moby card is 150x then why not put that on card sticker? second the Emartbuy is it charging p+p if so how much, the card from ebuyer doesnt let me do quick shoot mode on canon a520 dont know if its card or camera.
I am intersed in the 50x card like DERV so derv what do you say.
