mbna CCA how do i upload to the site?? as dont think its valid!

Hi evening everyone,

could someone please tell me how to upload my CCA onto this site as I cannot seem to findout how to do it.

The CCA is from MBNA but looks a bit sus! So really need to get it looked at be the experts.

    The only real way to discover if a CCA is correct is have it Judged in court . If you can not pay the debt now , what have you to lose IF they take you to court . I would just send off the default letter and see what happens. The DCA that had been chasing me threatened all sorts of things , I just kept repeating that it was not a valid CCA .

    Depending on when this was opened, I think there would be a good chance it isnt valid. Most of what gets sent of MBNA isnt.

    I will even go further and say it probably says some "Priority Application"
    No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your replies. The reason I do not think the CCA is a proper one as on the front the lettering is all really small and you can hardly read it. Also someone has signed it on the paper where it was not supposed to be signed, I think this is someone from MBNA. Finally, on the back is just the credit limit and just a bar code and the rest of the page is just blank.

    Does anyone know how to upload to this sight so people can see what I mean..

    Please note that this is my debt and I am paying it off through my DMP, I just wanted to know if it was a true CCA in case it ever got to court..
