ha i would not bother with www.boffer.co.uk for no REASON I HAVE BEEN BANNED TODAY have been a long time member on that site have an item waiting to be delivered and they ban u if u speak up on it all i did was say why are some threads disappearing and that enet owns them and i get completely banned from the site and cant log in and no email or contact details for them very delboy.
Plus some other members i know have been banned that have items waiting for as well and it all seems to be down to a certain mod and a member off staff who is to childest to run the forums.
At least on here we have freedom of speech.
Avoid this site if i was u it not worth it and i wonder if they have a comp license seeing as Enet bought all the main players in the media game through a series of subsidies and loans (SVP, UKDVDR, Bigpockets and Bigmaggot) .
They are all trading from a huge warehouse in Scotland.

We get that you are p'd off with boffer, we get that you were banned for no reason at all and we appreciate your warnings but we are all grown ups and can make our own minds up about where we buy our tat* from, we really don't need to constant reminders that you don't like them.

HI all looks like i have taken some abuse today thanks ben500, famous last words, cruella and katyag for sticking up for me if anybody who doubts me please feel free to check my previous posts althrough a lot of them are about boffer i have not always said positive things look at my concern to what tattyfurby and co have put in the other thread i have also posted and started threads about grabitnow boffers competition get a life i am just trying to get some people some deals.If ive helped click thanks it will make me smile

Hi folks, just thought i would update you all on my problems with getting in touch with boffer about orders that have not arrived.
I bought the twin pack of skates dated 22/11/08 I submitted a ticket and was told it was a server issue and that they should be dispatched shortly, another week has gone by and I have now been locked out my boffer account. No doubt due to posting the truth on here phoned boffer. Spoke with Jason he checked into my account and apparently I am not locked out hmm fishy that. Ohh and sorry but skates were sold out SORRY I will need to issue you with a refund.
Poor sole admitted to me that unless customers submit tickets they are unaware who they sent items to and who didn't get theres so its our job to tell them. Should that not be part of their job and having a clear record for their business. I would have thought so.
It gets better and better as time goes on. If my refund is not back in my account tomorrow I will give them a call every day until it is.
Poor Poor service boffer. Think of the interest or free cah thats in your company account rather than your customer service.0 -

I agree tatty as i have put in the other thread getting rid of you guys is one of boffers worst mistakes and i also agree that they should have better customer service contacts this ticket thing sucks but hopefully people on here will all read the warnings you have raised and the good comments some have put and decide if they wish to use boffer or not.If ive helped click thanks it will make me smile0
