Baldrick, does it have to be this way? Our valued friendship ending with me cutting you up into strips and telling the prince that you walked over a very sharp cattle grid in an extremely heavy hat?

Be warned ...TKD is an expensive hobby. lol.
My lad was Scottish Champion at one stage and OH was involved too and it cost us a fortune for lessons/licences/suits/gradings/safety equipment etc for the pair of them.
It's a good freebie so you can get a taster.......but take my advice and take up yoga instead, it's much cheaper!

LOL - doubt my little boy would appreciate me sending him to yoga though..... Not the most popular leisure activity for young lads!!!Baldrick, does it have to be this way? I've done TKD and thoroughly enjoyed it, found it a great stress buster, although i'm happier to do a more relaxing session of yoga these days

Im a member of the tagb and I do agree its like going to the gym. It gets expensive though. I was lucky, I got lots of my stuff from a quiter.Cash ISA rate 6.5% fixed for 2 years. Mortgage rate 0.75% = 5.75% profit on £75K = £4500 per year:j
Mortgages make money. Definitely don't wanabee mortgage free!0 -
My daughter's been doing TKD for a few years now. She has incredible reflexes, it has boosted her confidence and she has a fantastic set of abs. Although it costs us £40 a month, she can go twice a week if she wants which actually works out cheaper (and more fun) than going to a gym. She has also made many friends. I don't have to worry about her going out on her own because she has learnt what to do to get out of trouble. I thoroughly recommend TKD as not only does it keep you incredibly fit, but builds strength. It is also a hell of a lot cheaper than my son's motocross lessons which cost £135 a month!!!0
