Sometimes buying seperate is best. you would be lucky to get Wii FIT any less than £69.99 but some places (like HMV, game,Currys,Comet,Pcworld) do the Wii with a free game for £179 from time to time. ( i believe game are doing it with a free Wall-e , big beach sports or sports party just now). That way you get an extra game for £10.
My local HMV was doing the WII with any £34.99 game free at the weekend for £179.99 and I got WII FIT from Toysrus for £69.99

thanks for these tips - the wii-fits store was a bit pricey - 339.99 and shopto had the bundle for 239.99 ( the first shop also included an extra game)
I expected that a bundle would be much cheaper but it seems that once again Nintendo have it all sewn up so I'll look towards buying from one of the cash back sites and try to save a few bob that way.

Just bought one from shopto.net via quidco, but they only give cash back on software, not hardware. Try cashbackcascade.co.uk - read on here somewhere that someone got £9.50 cashback, but I couldn't bear all the hassle of joining another cashback site, perhaps with minimum withdrawal limit. Sorry to OP - can't remember where I saw it!
delivered 9am today - great service
