Can we transfer ownership of a property?

me and my friend have a house which i need to transfer the ownership to him.
we bought the house 3 years ago, we have 180k mortgage on it with our names.
can i transfer the full ownership to him?

You need to contact your mortgage company first to see if they will transfer the mortgage to your friend. If they wont he will need to look into getting a new mortgage with a different company.
Then see a solicitor to draw up the papaerwork.0
