Anyone got a piccie of the Lynx duo sets going through at 2 for £4 so I know what I'm looking for? Have had a look on Boots.com but couldn't find them.

    Thank you

Ooh by the way, lots of the old pink No 7 GWP for £3 in Guildford high street Boots at the weekend. Wish I'd got more than one, they're really good!

    Here ya go.

    Re £5 sun till splits.

When i rang CS, they did say there had been a problem with the voucher not scanning. Hope this can help someone else, - just think all the other MSE peeps will be bombarding CS tomorrow morning lol

Onwards and upwards - no looking back....
  • Nipped into BOOTS lunchtime to find one ACM with a sign saying out of order - I agreed, it was bang out of order! :rotfl:

Went to the other one that I don't like

    i) right in front of No 7 and they do watch
ii) makes the right noises but fails to print vouchers

Got distracted by a woman with a young-pre teen? boy asking an SA about the solitary JK file, SA wandered off and came back and said, words to the effect of none in the back, and the woman put it back on the hook. She then said to the boy "have to get dad's deodorant" and the boy said "Ohhh the lynx?"

I was positive it must be an MSE'er! Cos the woman shushed the lad and stuffed some coupons back in her bag and left really quickly :rotfl:

I nabbed the nail file, a pack of wipes, the botanics wipes + free pack (triple points too on botanics facial) and shot off to pay going via the clearance :p

Served by the SA I had complained about ages back. She told me the botanics wipes were on "get one free" and I said it is a bargain... she then told me there must be a bonus on something I bought as I had gained over 500 points, oohh lovely, I said! ;)

Didn't spend a fortune but in effect got the JK stuff free. :T

Sorry to bump:eek: ....but are our glitch queens about??? :j

    Hiya! :hello:

I tried a mini to get the Botanics wipes a week ago and it didn't work! :(

It does say 'no minis' on the sign as well......but I thought I'd still try! :rotfl:
"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".

Just to let you all know,my clinic appointment was this afternoon and its all good news ,just as I hoped for.:j :j :j
I don't need any Chemotherapy or Radiotherapy, just a drug called Tamoxifen for 5 years.
(good excuse to pop into Boots every month for my prescription!;) )
Thanks to you all for the good wishes ,cards and gifts.I am so touched that people I have never met were so concerned for me.
I still have a way to go to recover from the surgery but not having any more treatment should make that easier.
I feel like I have just got off a very long fast roller coaster!
Just had take-away pizza to celebrate........healthy eating starts tomorrow!

This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.
