A. The following applies to the Free Prize Draw to win an AMG driving experience

2. The promotion is only open to legal residents residing in the UK and Republic of Ireland. These entrants must be aged 18 or over, hold a valid UK driving licence, and retain a valid email address for the duration of the promotion. No employees or their families of ExxonMobil, its agents and / or anyone professionally connected to the promotion are permitted to take part.

3. Winners will be selected at random by a secure independently verified computer-based program. Four winners will be selected from all entries received throughout the promotion and the decision will be final and binding.

4. No purchase is necessary, but all entries must be made using the official online entry form found at www.mobil1.eu/win.

5. Only one entry per person per day is allowed.

6. The prize draw consists of four (4) AMG driving experiences (1 hour) at Mercedes-Benz World, Brooklands, UK.

7. Images and footage featured online are used for illustrative purposes. The actual prize may differ slightly.

8. The closing date by which all entries must be received is 23:59:59 on 31st October 2008.

9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received by the above closing date. Proof of submission online does not constitute proof of receipt. Incomplete or erroneous entries will be invalid.

10. We will make every effort to notify the four (4) winners via email on the 1st November 2008. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified.

11. Any personal information provided by the entrant to enter this draw will be used by ExxonMobil and shared with its affiliate and / or contracted companies, only for the purpose of this promotion unless otherwise expressly indicated by the entrant at the time of entry.

12. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered. If the prize is not available for whatever reason, ExxonMobil reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value. Prizes are not transferable.

13. The winners may be required to participate in related publicity without additional compensation. If you do not wish to be used in publicity please notify us when confirming your details having received your winning email.

14. Winners must take their driving experience before 1st November 2009.

15. Upon request, a list of prizewinners’ names and their counties will be made available. Please send an email to: winners@mobil1.eu to be received no later than 14th December 2008.

16. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding.

17. ExxonMobil accepts no liability for technical difficulties relating to website access.

18. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExxonMobil will not be held liable for any mishaps, injuries or accidents that may occur in the redemption of the Prizes in this promotion.

19. ExxonMobil’s decision pertaining to any enquiry and dispute received shall be final and no further correspondences will be entered into.

20. ExxonMobil reserves the right, in the event of circumstances arising outside of its control which in its opinion makes it necessary, to cancel or change the promotion at any stage.
