Remortgage Advise

Hi everyone...
I currently hold a 2 year fixed rate mortgage ( only on my name ) which is soon to expire and I need to remortgage.
My salary has changed a lot since I initially took the mortgage due to redundancy and job change. If I need to check with my current lender if they have any other offers, would they be rechecking all my details???
Also, can I try to get a morgage now along with my OH? If then do I need to change the Title Deed as currently it is only in my name...
Any suggestions or advise please? Thanks a lot.

No as they already hold the mortgage with you, so need to re-underwrite.
