2. Entry instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions.
3. By entering the promotion you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. This promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Yeo Valley Farms Production or anyone professionally connected with the offer. No third party entries will be accepted.
4. The winning point on the picture will be determined randomly, our decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The entrant whose application is closest to the winning point will be awarded 2 tickets entitling them free entry only to the Glastonbury Festival 2008. In the event that more than one entry matches the winning point, or is equally close to it, then the winner will be drawn randomly from those entries. The prize will be awarded to the winner within 7 days of each closing date. The prize will be awarded to the named applicant only, prizes are not transferrable and no cash or other prize alternative will be offered.
6. Winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity.
7. Winners names and counties will be displayed at https://www.winlist.co.uk/yeovalley after 6th June 2008 for a minimum of 3 months.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or corrupted for any reason whatsoever and we reserve the right to disqualify any entry that we believe does not comply with these rules.
9. SMS messages are charged at your standard operator tariff plus the amount specified, please note – these texts may not be included within text-inclusive packages. Please ensure you have the permission of the person who pays the bill before making a donation.
10. 100% of the net revenue to Yeo Valley, after operator costs, from both Paypal and SMS payments will be donated to WaterAid.
