Also have you seen a copy of your credit file recently. That will show if the bank have slapped a default on account. Also it will show up any other info regards your partner and his XOH. Or should do if they had any financial connection. Which of course they did.Night Owl Member No 1 :rotfl: :rotfl:

We live in Lincolnshire. We checked his credit file and it shows as resolved on one and still in default on another, nothing at all on the third, so we dont get it. Checked in recent weeks and have ensured he is now financially dis-associated with his ex.0 -

no disrespect to RAS but if you use this one it reminds them of any manual intervention thats recorded and in this case thats important as you can use it to check any unauthorised activity has taken place, as whilst anyone think they might have covered their tracks as it were there is usually a trail somewhere.

Please supply me with a complete list of transactions and charges relating to my banking history with your organisation.
Additionally, where there has been any event in my account history over this period which has required manual intervention by any member of your staff, or any other person, I require disclosure of any indication or notes which have either caused or resulted in that manual intervention, or other evidence of that manual intervention in relation to my banking business with you.
If you are unable to supply this data because there has been no such manual intervention, then please be so kind as to confirm this in your response.
