wow my neck hurts now! i need a coffee. i think i should probably go clear my inbox too as i will be going out around 11 until late afternoon!

i just would hate to throw these away when i know all you ladies will use them seeing as you all know what you are doing! and i clearly dont! i dont want any large amounts of money just a pound here and there will all add up. i need to make £50 by the end of the month so will be finding anything i can sell lol!!! clearly dont intend on making the £50 just on these vouchers!

Not a bad shop this morning, but not the best

Did get:
2 packs of the expert wipes but there were none of the tins to be seen anywhere

Till wouldn't accept the "half price baby expert" vch because apparently the baby wipes aren't skincare :rolleyes:
2 disposable cameras on BOGOF
2 x ambre solaire factor 50 sun cream from clearance, reduced to £5.00 each but were BOGOF, so a good buy there.
Pencil sharpener with the till spit.
TS free conditioner with the shampoo and till took off £1.98 as well as the £4.99 due to 2 for £7.00

After the SA had done the transaction she said (looking very concerned, she's lovely this particular SA) she didn't think it had added all my points on

for the "triple points on baby expert" so she'd add them manually. It wasn't until I got outside that I realised she'd tripled ALL my points and added them on

No gorgeous bags to be seen, apparently they're arriving next week.
No reduced ted baker bags at all, must be all gone now. They did have the new ones, which are lovely, but I resisted, I really don't need any more cosmetic bags.

Decided not to bother with the No7 foundation/concealer offer. Really didn't like the look of any of the colours of foundation and couldn't see another No7 item that I wanted, so decided it would be silly to buy the stuff and spend the money just for the sake of it.

Went bootsing in Arndale at beginning of last week. Answers are
Yes at 2 banks of them one by make up and toiletries other by side entrance with sandwiches didn't take much notice upstairs though.

However what I would say though is that when I was in they did have a lot of suited men keeping their beedy eyes on both the MF gwp and the self service tills . Straight after one young woman bought at the Ss they jumped on it punched in a code and appeared to be looking at her transaction and printed something off then huddled together for a pow wow. Wouldn't feel comfortable doing a SK there but maybe being a bit paranoid.

Okay, I got one of the free ROC makeup bags through the post today...very nice too. So in it was a £5 off voucher for use at Boots.

I've never used ROC so any recommendations? Any good deals on? Or should I wait to use it till another GWP or something turns up? It's valid to the end of March 2009.

TC has loads of GWP there was another olay definity one just a plain small grey bag with Pantene and creams x3 in. I think the ROC went through free too as I missed the £20 threshold and it was scanned after just one face wash was put thro, no beeps. Also the Olay one i hadn't spent £20 but that went thro free too. So worth a trip to TC for Manchester Bootsers defo!

Good and bad day today!

First Boots (where I was refused NO7 GWP when using points and had to complain to CS)

2 x reduced photo albums 50p each and BOGOF
Bourjois tweezers (rare around here)
Reduced face cloth
Trevor sorbie shampoo
Trevor Sorbie conditioner (2 4 £7)
H&B mag (also rare)

Tried
200 pts on albums/frames ACM
250 pts on albums /frames PC
£2 till spit bourjois
Free conditioner when you buy TS shampoo

Went to pharmacy as SA on tills has refused me things before.

SA says can't use the PC 250 pts on albums as they "ARE REDUCED TO 50p!"
Then she put through the 200pts ACM one.............explain that!
Then SA says you haven't bought any make up for the tillspit.I pointed out the tweezers but she says it won't work with those. I said are you sure as it worked in another branch? Reluctantly she tried it and it worked (knew it would)
I'm sure the "colour cosmetics" refers to R&M but SA was sure I needed to buy cosmetics.I said it says excludes sharpener so surely it doesn't exclude tweezers or it would say!
Then till beeped with my free TS conditioner voucher:o ,she went off to ask someone who told her it has to be the conditioner on the picture so I said "fine give me that one then!.

Jings that was hard work!

Used a gift card from a .com return so no real money!

2nd Store,

Panicked when I couldn't find the clearance ,but it had just been moved .......and decimated since last week.
Got 2 Limited ed eye shadows (for fellow MSE who is on a tweezer hunt!)50p each.
Also a Med reduced bubble bath (from preg range but only one so couldn't use BOGOF voucher!)
Looked at MF stand as I needed a foundation and there on top of the shelf was a lonely black MF GWP just asking to be taken home!!!
So got foundation and GWP:D Using £2 MF PC coupon too!
There was also a stand with GWPs for Loreal,ROC and Olay if you do 342 on each range so I got 3 Olay face washes on 342 and got the Olay one(black with burgundy roes on).
Might have gone through with no purchase but I was too scaredy cat!:o
Might try the ROC one with my roc vouchers later.:rotfl:

ps Thanks to the MSErs who have sent me vouchers ,I will have fun spending them!

Wow ! Thanks so much for that ! Knowledge is power (or something) ! By the sounds of it I won't be doing any SS-ing - too paranoid in case it bleeps

. In fact the arndale sounds a bit scary - suited men jumping around :eek: . (What is an SK btw ?).
But have a few coupons so it's nice to go where no-one knows me.
