Rescue Remedy spray (where do you spray?)

I have been browsing through the boots website and seen Rescue Remedy spray.
I used to use the drops of this, but found the taste horrid. I am assuming the spray is to go in the mouth, but wondered if it is an external thing, like perfume, or if it is an oral spray as I think it probably is but wanted to check before I purchased.

Hi - I've used the spray before, you spray it on your tongue.
If you have the dropper bottle and you hate the taste, I think you can add a few drops to a glass of water. Have you tried that?Girls just want to have funds

PS. The spray is a lot better that the drops. You don't get such an intense taste of the stuff!! xGirls just want to have funds

The drops taste like sherry to me, maybe thats why I'm addicted :eek:I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.
