Entrants must be residents in the UK and over the age of 18 but not employees or agents of John Lewis Plc (or a member of their family) or anyone else connected with the promotion.
Entrants can only enter the competition once. Automated or bulk entries will not be accepted.
No liability will be accepted for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
The prize comprises of the following: B &W Zeppelin iPod speaker.
The prize does not include the payment of taxes or incidental expenses associated with claiming the prize, which will be the responsibility of the winners.
No cash alternative will be offered. If the make and model is not available, an equivalent model of equal or greater value will be offered.
John Lewis Plc’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be the first entry selected at random from all entries received by the closing date. John Lewis reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal or greater value, should the need reasonably arise.
Competition closes at midnight on Saturday 6 June 2009.
The winner will be notified by email by Saturday 13 June 2009 and prizes delivered as soon as possible after this date.
The first name and county of the winner will be available by sending an SAE to: A Winning Summer Competition, John Lewis Direct, Draycott Avenue, London, SW3 2NA after the notification date.
