3. The prize: The winner will receive a Fiat 500C, 1.4 16v Pop Convertible in Ambient White worth approx £13,305. Prize includes two years manufacturers warranty, delivery to nearest Fiat dealer, number plates and six months road fund licence. Insurance is not included and is mandatory and must be in place at time of handover. Proof of identity, proof of motor insurance and a valid driving licence will be required at the time of collection.

4. Upon taking ownership of the car the winner accepts responsibility for all elements of the vehicle and all provisions relating to it (i.e. MOT, servicing etc). The promoter and its agents have no responsibility for the vehicle once ownership is taken and attach no liability to it.

5. Only one application per person will be accepted.

6. Promotion starts at 00:00 on 1st September 2009 and all entries must be received by 23.59pm on 30th November 2009.

7. The draw will be conducted by an independent source, on 14th December 2009 and the winner will be notified by email or post by 28th December 2009.

8. Proof of posting or sending is not acceptable as proof of receipt.

9. Illegible, altered, damaged or defaced applications will be invalid.

10. There is no cash alternative to the prize offered and the prize is non-transferable.
