Yoghurt in slow cooker?

There's a recipe in the little book that came with my slow cooker to make yoghurt...didn't know you could do this - has anyone tried it and if so was it a success?

I wouldn't attempt it in mine - but seriously, if they have given you the recipe in the manufacturers book, perhaps *you* could try it and let *us* know?
