My problem with this is that vitamin B isn't just one vitamin; there are several different B vitamins that do different things. However, the Yazoo website makes a big thing of the content of B12 so may be we should go for that?

I think sticking to vitamin B might be the best option. On the linked page above, it has "Click our poster for clues" - all of the answers are contained in that poster, and it just mentions vitamin B. I admit though, it is a bit vague overall, since the "Our Products" page does make a big deal of vitamin B12 as kateab mentioned above.0

Tesco website does say that but if you click on the poster on the comp page it says long life aisle so I guess that is the answer they are looking for.:wave:0
