Eligibility
Prize draw open to residents of UK and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Estee Lauder Companies and Net-a-Porter or their affiliate companies and their families, cohabitants, agents and anyone connected to the promotion.


Entry to the free prize draw will be automatic upon M.A.C receipt of completed entries which are received before the closing date.
Only fully completed forms will be accepted.

No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the draw (a purchase will not improve chances of winning).

To Enter
Go to http://www.maccosmetics.co.uk/McQueen and complete the entry form (the "Entry Site"). You will be asked to provide your name, complete address, telephone number and e-mail address.


Entry to the free prize draw will be automatic upon submission of the entry form by clicking the button “Submit” [or other]. We will not communicate with you for purposes other than in connection with this free prize draw unless you opt-in to receive such communications by ticking the box for M.A.C and/or Net-a-Porter.


When you enter your details on the entry form you will be given the option to opt-in to receive communications from MAC Online / Net-a-Porter containing our newsletters, surveys or other information containing product and event information, tips or promotions. If you do opt-in to receive communications and later decide that you would no longer like to receive these communications you can change your preferences at any time by updating your details if you have an online account with maccosmetics.co.uk / net-a-porter.com or by clicking the “unsubscribe” at the bottom of each opt-in communication email you receive from MAC Online / Net-a-Porter.
A limit of one (1) entry per valid e-mail address/person will be accepted during this free prize draw. All entries on the site must be received by 11:59 PM GMT+1 on 8th December 2007.


Entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Entry Site. Entries made by any other individual or any entity and/or originating at any other Internet web site or email address, including but not limited to commercial competitions, subscription, notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this draw. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.
No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, ineligible, corrupted, lost or delayed or are unable to be sent because of any technical or other reason, or for any changes made by the sender's network for repeat entries. Proof of sending the entry will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

Entry Period
The start date of the free prize draw is the 22nd October 2007 and the closing date is the 8th December, 2007 at 11:59PM GMT (the "Entry Period").

Prize
There is one (1) Grand prize available for one (1) winner. The prize consists of the following:

Approximate total retail value at recommended retail price: £661.00. This is the normal retail price of standard saleable items available for sale in the UK.
M.A.C accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen prizes. The prize is as stated, is non transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random drawing on the 15th December 2007 under the supervision of an independent observer. The prize winner will be the first name drawn at random from all valid completed entries and will be notified by email or by telephone within two weeks of this date. The winner has one month to claim the prize package and the details of how to do so will be communicated at the time of notification. Failure to return all required forms within 30 days or to comply with any other instructions may result in the winner being disqualified. If a prize notification or a prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the winner may be disqualified. The result of the prize draw is final and correspondence will not be entered into. Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted except at the sole discretion of M.A.C Cosmetics / Net-a-Porter.

General
The prize winners' name and county of residence can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to ‘M.A.C Free Prize Draw' at M.A.C, 73 Grosvenor Street, London, W1K 3BQ no later than 31st December 2007. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that their name and county of residence may be released if they win a prize. They also agree to participate in any post-event publicity.
