1. The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland aged 18 and over, with the exception of L'Oréal Paris employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. Entry to the draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the prize draw, and entries must be via the official L'Oréal Paris Telescopic Clear Definition website.
4. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. L'Oréal Paris takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
5. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
6. Neither L'Oréal Paris nor agencies involved in this promotion may be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to this offer.
7. Entries must be received on or before 27th August, 2007. The prize draw will take place on 10th September 2007. L'Oréal Paris reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
8. One thousand completed entries will be drawn at random and will receive one L'Oréal Paris Telescopic Clear Definition mascara.
9. If an item is unavailable, an item of equivalent value will be substituted.
10. The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the draw date.
11. The prize is as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
12. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The winner agrees to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
14. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
