1. Open to residents of the UK and Ireland only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of RJA Foods Limited, its agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.
2. Entries must be registered online at https://www.pomegreat.com/competitions.asp
3. The opening date for submission of entries is 1st April and the closing date is midnight 30th April 2009.
4. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available, and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter all prizes can only be taken by the winner in person.
5. The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from the award of a prize.
6. For the name and county of the winners check the website http://www.pomegreat.com/Winners.asp
7. The winner will be contacted by the email address they submitted upon entry, if no reply has been received from the winner within 28 days, then a new winner will be selected a random.
8. The prize will be sent to the winner within 28 days of receiving notification of an address.
