Terms and conditions of the "Widget by Air France" prize draw


• These terms and conditions apply to the promotion "Widget by Air France" prize draw (hereinafter: the 'Promotion') held by Air France UK, Plesman House, 2aCains Lane, Bedfont, Middlesex, TW14 9RL.
• The promotion will commence on 16 December 2008 and run until 29 January 2009 (hereinafter: the 'Promotion Period').
• A 'Participant' is defined as follows: Anyone who is eligible and enters the prize draw on ‘’Widget by Air France’ desktop alert during the promotion period and who answers the featured question corr.
• A Participant can enter the prize draw once per unique email address.
• The winners will be selected from Participants by computer.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older and be residents of the UK.

To enter the "Widget by Air France" prize draw.

• First and foremost, Participants must download 'Widget by Air France'. 2 pairs of tickets are to be won: 1 pair for economy class return tickets to Johannesburg, South Africa and the other pair for economy class return tickets to Dubai, UAE.
• The successful participants will receive an email within two weeks with details on how to book the tickets.

Information about the prizes and how they are awarded

• French law applies to this Promotion (including these Terms and Conditions).
• The prize consists of one pair of Air France Economy Class return tickets to one of the following destinations: Dubai and Johannesburg
• The winner must complete all requested personal details when downloading Widget by Air France, in order to receive the prize. The winner will then receive an email within two weeks with details on how to book the tickets.
• Tickets conditions apply. Flights for particular dates are subject to availability. The winner will be asked to request tickets at least 2 months before flying, for more chance to get availability in the flight requested. The tickets are not transferable to anybody else. An adult must accompany any children or infants. The tickets cannot in any circumstances be sold or auctioned and each pair of tickets must be used together.
• Tickets must be issued by 31 March 2009. Winners must travel between 29th March 2009 and 31 March 2010 and return flights must includes a Saturday night stay in the trip.
• Once booked, the destination cannot be exchanged with another destination. • Winners must reside in UK, and the trip must depart from one of our 9 Uk departure airports: London City, London Heathrow, Southampton, Bristol, Manchester, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Newcastle or Birmingham.
• Return of the prize notification letter as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification within the time stated therein shall result in disqualification of the winner.
• A day starts at 00.01 AM (UK time) and ends that day at 23.59 PM (UK time).
• A week starts on Monday 00.01 AM (UK time) and ends the next Sunday at 23.59 PM (UK time).

Miscellaneous

• Winners are responsible for all taxes, expenses and gratuities not expressly included in and accompanying this prize, and agree that upon accepting a prize, they do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
• All prize tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-endorsable. The destination of the tickets cannot be exchanged with another destination.

• Air France will store the following information about Participants: First name, last name, email address. The general Air France Privacy Policy applies to all data. Air France privacy regulations are accessible at airfrance.co.uk under Legal Notice in the footer.
• Air France reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, prizes, definitions or other information, or to cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time they play in the Promotion.
• Air France reserves the right to request written proof of residency and age of any winner before the prize is dispatched.
• The address details submitted by the winner are deemed to have been submitted by the authorised user of the email address.
• Employees of AIR FRANCE KLM and its sub-contractors, including their family members, are excluded from participation.
• Air France reserves the right to exclude submissions that prove to be fraudulent.
• Incorrect or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. • Air France is not responsible for network, computer hardware or software jamming or outages of any nature which may restrict, slow down or cause the loss of the Participant's form or other data.
• Participants automatically give their consent to these Terms and Conditions on entering the promotion.
