I've seen these in magazines before - apparently really good for swimmers who like listening to music during a dip. I get really bad ears whenever I wear earbud-type headphones so I'm quite keen to see if these work...0

I use then for running and it makes a big difference...0 -
Yes, they really help with that. Plus you can still hear what's going on around you - so they'd probably be really good for running, much safer really!0
