Where Have My Points Gone!!!!!

Just been online to check my account balence as I do everyday and I have lost a load of points, yesterday I had £43 in vouchers / points and today its gone down to £34!!
Where have they gone? has this happened to anyone else? I have used codes from here for oders for books etc, but those extra points had not even gone on yet annoyingly so don't think they have taken those away after deciding I wasn't entitled to them. just sent them email!

Ok fairly new to this so maybe bit naive, Why don't you ring to find out?
Ive emailed them and just waiting for an answer. I only have the one account so not getting mixed up, just have my clubcard plus.
My daughter though has just applied for one, using this address even though she will be living at uni at halls.........wonder if they have seen a second account being opened? But then surely thats our choice?

Hi everyone just got some stuff from tescos and iv'e lost 700 points
rang clubcard and they said it was Tesco Personal Finance that withdrew them eg: the free quote points from july 500 from car quote and 200 from health quote .
Rang TPF on 0845 300 4400 (option 5 i think )not sure sorry !.
Tesco Clubcard did say it was done either by operator DK14 or that is the code number used to remove them .

I had 1000 points removed last quarter ,they never did return ,never rang them to ask why as had used loads of extra points codes on my shopping and thought they might ask me where they had come from.Never pay more than you have too0

Yeah I have just got back from tesco and looked at my receipt and I can see that the 500 points for the insurance quote has gone of the receipt. Wouldn't be so bad but I actually took out the insurance too (it was cheapest!).
Did they say we are going to get the points back?
