Entries must be online and entry into the Draw implies acceptance of these conditions.
Only one entry per household.
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and not employees of the John Lewis Partnership, their dependants or their agents or anyone else connected with the promotion.
All entries must be received by 29th April 2007.
The prizes will be awarded to the first 12 entries selected at random on 30th April 2007.
The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
All prizes must be accepted as offered, there are no cash alternatives.
Winners will be notified by email by 4th May 2007. Winners names can be obtained by sending an SAE to Waitrose Marketing Dept, Waite House, Doncastle Road, Bracknell, Berks RG12 8YA.
No purchase necessary.
