Entry into the Competition is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The winner will be selected at random from all the competition entries
Voting closes on 11 February at 5pm
Only one competition entry per person
Employees (or family members of employees) of The Art Fund, companies associated with the promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the promotion.
The winner will be contacted by telephone and/or email on the 12 February, and announced on the website. The winner will have 48 hours to claim the prize. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, we reserve the right to reallocate the prize and award it to the next randomly drawn, valid entry (and the same acceptance period, as provided under this condition, will apply).
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. No purchase necessary.
The Art Fund reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside their control.
The Art Fund is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of The Ultimate Travel Company and Kirker Holidays.

The holiday is for 2 adults and restricted to over 18 year olds. Only over 18’s are eligible to enter the competition. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance.
