For Millgate shopping centre, Bury. Valentines competition.

Not sure how it would work for existing Sky customers and make sure you look at the call costs so may not be appropriate for all!

3. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

4. Competition closes on 14th February 2009.

5. All entries’ details may be used in promotional activity/materials – and the winner(s) may be required to participate in

promotional activity related to this competition.

6. The judges’ decision is final and NO CORRESPONDENCE will be entered into.

7. This competition is promoted by Mill Gate Shopping Centre.

8. Entry to this competition is deemed as FULL ACCEPTANCE of these Terms & Conditions of entry.

9. Mill Gate Shopping Centre reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equivalent value if the original is no

longer available.

10. There is no cash alternative to any of the Prizes (or any part of them).

11. If you are a winner you will be required to enter into a Sky digital & Sky+ subscription contract (and if you take Sky

Talk Freetime and Sky Broadband Base, a Sky Broadband and Sky Talk subscription contract). After 12 months,

standard subscription charges will apply. Unless you change your package, or cancel your subscription, you will pay the
prevailing price for Sky World (currently £46 a month), Sky Broadband Base (currently free with Sky Talk, otherwise £5 a
month) and Sky Talk Freetime (currently free). The prize includes a free Sky+ box, a free Sky World subscription (6 Sky
TV Entertainment packs + Sky Sports & Sky Movies) and free standard installation.

Set-up: Non-standard set-up may

cost extra.

Sky+: Sky+ functionality requires a Sky+ subscription (free for Sky TV customers, or £9.75pm) and two

satellite feeds. Box designs may vary from shown.

Sky Broadband: Monthly usage limits: Base- 2GB.

Sky Talk:

Sky Talk is only available to Sky digital subscribers paying by Direct Debit/continuous credit card mandate.

General: Your Sky box(es) must be connected to a fixed telephone line for 12 months (and are only

15. Competition closes at 23:59 PM (GMT) - 14/02/09. Correct at time of print (06/01/09). Winners must redeem their

prize within one year, failure to process your installation application within this time period could result in loss of prize.

Sky may refuse entry or withdraw the prize if you or anyone you authorise to deal with your entry acts in a way towards

staff of Sky or the Promoter which Sky reasonably considers to be inappropriate. Further terms and conditions apply.
