Hi

I would not buy from them again. I ordered some stuff for my twins and needed to make sure it was here by the time I was 30 weeks, as they were going to come early. 8 weeks later, no goods, although they were promising them within a couple of days. It took months to get a refund, only got it because my bank took it up with them. Terrible customer service. I know lots of other people with same experience. Try practical pushchairs, kiddicare, ask them to price match maybe.

I am not happy with twol left feet either. as i have recently bought a stroller from them that what i thought would be 2 Pounds better off then Kiddycare- and was i wrong.... When i received stroller from them i realized that what i paid for was a promotional deal and did not include a raincover nor the storage bag ( as other companies where including. But two left feet did not state this on their wbsite) plus the wrong colour. The raincover for this buggy is pretty hard to find seperately when i did find one this cost me 13 Pounds. I thought that i would not refund the stroller from them as i will have to pay for the delivery and would not be better off that way. took ages to get one reply back to them. last one was 6 weeks ago and still no reply from them about raincover though. :mad:
Go to Kiddicare. They will match the price.

I would not recommend Two Left Feet....I ordered an item, delivery date came and went, customer services were terrible, I was fobbed off and lied to! I cancelled my order with them and went direct to the manufacturer (after telling them my problem with Two Left Feet they were very helpful andsent out the item to me direct). I then had problems getting a refund, it went on and on for some weeks and was only resolved when our credit card company took it up with them. I would never buy from them again and I would recommend Kiddicare, they are excellent,very quick delivery and excellent prices.

Thanks for all of your responses, I usually buy my stuff from kiddicare.com but the double buggy i wanted kiddicare had run out of stock.

It is nice to be warned about TLF. I have bought many items from kiddicare and have never had a problem.

Luckily kiddicare.com have now got my double buggy in stock.
